ENGINEERING & DESIGN DEPARTMENT

The Engineering & Design Department is the core of our fire protection capabilities. We use the most up to date and technologically advanced software to design all sorts of fire protection systems; using AutoCAD, AutoSprink, Navisworks, etc using both 3D & 2D. With decades of experience in the industry our team is able to fully design sprinkler systems and coordinate the work with other MEP trades to complete the project on time & under budget.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Metro Fire Protection offers highly skilled project managers with decades of experience to every construction contract we are awarded. Our team of project managers oversees the project from start to finish, minimizing the various troubles that occur on job sites. With years of experience in this area our Project Management team guarantees smooth installation of our fire
protection systems. Available to contact throughout the day our team is here to assist our clients with any issues, questions, or concerns.

PIPEFITTING

We are comfortable working with wet and dry pipe systems, pre-action and anti-freeze systems, automatic, booster, and manual fire pumps, as well as wet, dry and combination standpipe systems.

1535 BROADWAY – MARRIOTT MARQUIS

This finished installation job has over 2,000 sprinkler heads, 2 Dry Pipe Systems & 2 Fire Pumps.

Currently under construction; working with Lendlease, this Core Shell project spans 50 stories tall and took more than 3,000 sprinkler heads & 4 fire pumps to complete.

This flagship job is taking over 7,100 sprinkler heads & 4 fire pumps. Given it’s size, in addition to the standard fire protection systems, this building has NOVEC Gas, FOAM, Deluge & Dry Pipe systems.

This Interior Retrofit 35 stories tall sports 6,000 fire sprinklers, 2 fire systems & Dry Pump valves, keeping its residents safe and sound.
